Except for urgent consular cases (e.g. detention, death, emergency passport) we respond to e-mail and telephone inquiries only from Monday to Thursday between 09.00-16.00, on Friday between 09.00-13.00 For emergency telephone numbers see below under section "Phone".

Consular office accepts clients by appointment only during the following times:

Tuesday         9.00 to 14.00

Wednesday    9.00 to 12.00

Thursday       10.00 to 12.00 and 14.00 to 15.30

In case of residence permit applications you can book an appointment by e-mail only:

Due to high number of applications we can not tolerate delays, therefore we kindly ask you to arrive on time for your appointment. In case of delay you might be asked to book a new appointment and come back later.

Other services apart from the one(s) booked will not be provided. Please always bring downloaded and completed forms, all attachments and valid photo IDs before coming to the Consulate. If you fail to prepare your application properly you might be advised to book a new  appointment and come back later.

All consular fees are payable by debit/credit card only. We do not accept either cash or cheques.
