Any natural person, regardless of nationality, is entitled to apply for a certificate of good conduct.

An application for certificate of no criminal record/good conduct can be submitted only in person by prior appointment. Appointments can be made via the online reservation system.

In this case – if the applicant is not recorded in the register – the Ministry of Interior shall certify that the named person is “NOT INCLUDED IN THE REGISTER OF CRIMINALS”, also that s/he is “NO SUBJECT TO CRIMINAL PROCEEDINGS”.
